Shipping on international orders does not include applicable fees, tax and duty charges that are based on your own country's policy. There will most likely be a charge by the carrier/country for customs/tax charges (this occurs with any international order).


Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. All orders over $50 shipped in the US are free.

Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: Fast. Orders are shipped within one business day. International orders typically take 3-15 business days depending on location.

Q: Do you ship to Canada/internationally?
A: Yes! And, it only costs $9 flat-rate shipping to Canada.

Q: Do you deliver on the weekend?
A: Yes. We deliver on Saturday, but not on Sunday.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
A: Absolutely. Delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days, but we'll get your order fulfilled asap.

We know you're going to love the Stubble Buddy, but sometimes things don't work out. We get it. We strongly suggest reading the complete Returns Policy before making a purchase. Our returns address is at the bottom of the page. Please email with any questions or inquiries.

Used/Opened Products

Sorry, we do not refund or exchange used products. If you have any questions about a product, please let us know prior to purchase. 

Unused Product

To return an unused item (must be in new condition, never opened), please ship it back to us ideally with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of date of purchase. We will provide a full refund minus the cost of the original shipping (if applicable). For your protection it is best if you return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.


We do not do any exchanges at this time. You are more than welcome to send your order back if unused, but if you want something else instead the easiest and only way to do it is to place a new order. When we receive the original order we will provide a full refund minus the shipping if applicable.

Cancelling An Order

Our goal is to ship all orders in less than 1 business day.  If you need to cancel an order, let us know asap. You can cancel your order on your own via account login or order confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost less shipping) if the package is returned unopened.
